The RLT Academy Consortium is not a legal entity. Each of its members represents only itself. Therefore, in its actions each member of the consortium applies the relevant measures according to their national law to uphold the privacy of individual information as outlined in the General Data Protection. The consortium acknowledged that the interpretation of the Regulation takes different forms in individual EU member states. The European Association for Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is the coordinator of the website of the RLT Academy. All information that is stored in that regard by the coordinator are subject to Austrian law and fall under the statues the EANM has set forth in relation to the GDPR, these can be found below here and constitute the privacy statement for the RLT Academy Consortium for all information processed by the coordinator.

Personal information
On our website, we ask for certain personal information and a valid email address. The email address that you give to us will to that effect, be checked, in order to certify that you are actually the owner of this address. Upon your registration, we will save your IP address and the time and date of your registration. This serves for our part as a safeguard should a third party attempt to misuse your email address. This voluntary information (company/organisation, title, given and family name, and country) will be used in order to optimise our functioning. The system furthermore gathers usage statistics regarding links you may follow and determines the geographical region from which access is being requested. It will not be possible for us to connect this information to a particular person. Further data will, for our part, not be collected. The data that we do gather in this way will be used exclusively in relation to our activities as RLT Academy. No data will be passed on to a third party. Comparison with other data which may have been collected on other parts of our website will likewise not ensue.

name, address, e-mail address, ID number, IP address, RLT Academy number, profession, specialization, work institution, nuclear medicine knowledge, personal or work phone number, login data, identification cookies, account number, CV, motivation letters, language skills, scientific publications list, application letters.
RLT Academy activities
Thank you for your interest in RLT Academys activities. The protection of your personal data is important to us, and we would therefore like to inform you about our data protection measures. The collection, handling and usage of personal data are regulated by law in Austria according to the existing data protection regulations. EANM has explicitly committed its employees, as well as any external service providers, to adhere to the data protection laws and regulations.
This data protection information is valid for all personal data that you transfer to us online, in writing or in other ways and is also valid for all information derived by this data insofar as it is transferred to us in order to fill a present or future position. Personal data is any data that can be clearly associated with a specific person, for example, your name, address, email, phone number or date of birth.
Your personal data and profile will be checked against our requirements concerning fellowships, training activies or any other collaboration in relation to the RLT Academy. Access to your personal data is restricted so that only involved persons that have to handle this data can see it. Applying for any of the above, the RLT Academy will save your data in conclusion to your specific selection process for the chosen/defined project.
You have the right to ask at any time about your personal data and to have them corrected or deleted. You can also withdraw your consent for the usage of your personal data at any time you choose. Please address a withdrawal of consent to: office@eanm.org.
When you access our websites, we may automatically collect non-personal data (e.g. type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the Web site from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed). Any further personal data will be collected only if you enter these into our database.
EANM takes measures to secure your data within its area of responsibility against unauthorised access and use of third parties. Therefore, we save your data in a safe and restricted operating environment.
EANM nor member ot the RLT Academy consortium will not be liable for any damage caused to you through the transfer of your personal data via the internet.
By processing your application and submitting the respective filled online application form, you agree that we save your data in accordance with legal requirements. Otherwise, we cannot accept and process your online application.

From our side, we also provide you with the means to contact us by e-mail and/or via the contact form on our website. In this case, data entered by the user will be saved so that we can process the user’s contact request. These data will not be passed on to any other third party than necessary for the respective chosen application you request. Likewise, no comparison will proceed with any data which may have been saved during the use of other parts of our website.

I acknowledge that EANM obeys the International Data Protection Guidelines; I agree that my given data may be used and processed by EANM for the management of RLT Academy membership data as well as other RLT Academy or EANM purposes (e.g. distribution of newsletter and other information, promotion of Congress, educational/scientific activities, etc.) and may be forwarded to the members of the RLTA Academy consortium or to publisher/distributor of EANM publications.
Media
By attending events organized by RLT Academy, each participant acknowledges and agrees to grant to RLT Academy and EANM the right to record, film, photograph or capture the likeness of such participant and its representatives in any media now available and in the future developed, and to use, copy, modify, distribute, broadcast or otherwise disseminate at any time and on a global basis such media, without any further approval from or payment to such participant or any of its representatives.
